--no. heres an example. i bought Bernies water oulley when he first started selling them. right after i bought it is when he got the lighter version. i asked if i could exchange. he said no. i was fine with it. i sold it and bought the lighter version. this did not make Bernie a "crook".

--he was advised before purchasing and still decided to buy. he didnt say anything to me when he got it until a week or two later Just give the guy his money back, and have him return the parts, and you're as good as gold.
